The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were not very soundproof, which was a bit unexpected, but the hotel offered a free upgrade due to unusual circumstances that day. The room was also quite hot, which was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were quiet, although there were some issues with noise from the refrigerator. The complimentary session offered was a thoughtful touch considering the unusual circumstances that day. However, the room's location near the freeway and below the AC units was a bit of a downside for me.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet despite being next to the 405 freeway. However, there were visible stains on the carpet and some overlooked wrappers under the bed. The service was excellent with convenient amenities such as dry cleaning and housekeeping. The location was peaceful with a heated pool adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The dining experience was satisfactory, although not complimentary. Overall, a great stay with some minor room cleanliness issues.
